Ebook Central customers can access the Invoice Portal from within LibCentral.

Click on the Invoices, Deposits & Fees option from the Reports menu.

Click on the ProQuest Invoice Portal button. You will get all the same privileges/abilities as if you logged in directly to the Portal.
