When troubleshooting complex authentication issues, it is sometimes helpful to obtain additional information about the network requests that are generated in a browser while an issue occurs.  Follow these steps to generate the file and then email it to our support team:
 

Before generating the HAR file, make sure you can see the Develop menu in Safari. If it is not there, you will need to follow these steps to enable it:

Safari > Preferences > Advanced, and then select “Show Develop menu in menu bar”.

To then generate the HAR file:

  1. Open Safari and go to the page where the issue is occurring.
  2. Open the Develop menu and select Show Web Inspector.
  3. Click the Network tab and complete the activity that is causing issues.
  4. Click the Export icon on the far right of the network tab and save the HAR file.
