Many customers may find that the total of full text retrievals provided by ProQuest Counter 4 Journal 1 report is less than "Any F/T" retrievals shown on Summary report and sometimes it would show a significant difference.

The reason behind this is that Counter 4 Journal 1 report supports 6 formats only (per Counter rules). Summary report supports all types of full text formats ( 32 formats). They may include:

Depending on the databases that customers may subscribe to, they may access full text formats that are not supported by Counter 4 Journal 1  report. Thus, the number of full text retrievals reported on summary report will be higher.
