To search for a specific invoice, use the transaction number column, to enter your invoice number. If you don’t have the invoice number, you may want to search by a particular transaction date, or filter by Product to limit invoices by product.
How to search by transaction number:
- Within the Invoice Portal you have access to invoices for all ProQuest products and services July 1, 2015 forward.
Alexander Street invoices dated January 1, 2017 forward, are available in the invoice portal.
- If you receive a "No data to display" message after searching, please verify that the date range is within the Portal date range.
- For access to ProQuest product and services invoices prior to July 1, 2015, please contact customer service
For Alexander Street invoices dated prior to January 1, 2017, please contact credit and collections.
- Invoices displayed are tied to a specific "Bill To" account. If your institution has more than one "Bill To" account with ProQuest, and you would like to see all the invoices, contact customer service.
- If your institution has multiple locations, you can search by the Account name field to locate invoices from a particular location.
