Using LibCentral, admins can download lists of their library's DRM-Free owned and subscribed titles.
To download a list of DRM-Free owned titles:
- Go to the Title Report (LibCentral > Reports > Title Report)
- Under the heading "Access Models (owned or DDA)" check the box next to "DRM-Free (Unlimited)"
- Search
To export the list:
- Click the "export" button above the search results
- Enter your email address
- Under "purchase history," check the box "DRM-Free Owned" and leave the other default boxes checked
- Click the "Get Report" button
- If the report is not emailed to you within 1 hour, check your spam folder
To download a list of DRM-Free subscribed titles:
- Go to the Title Report (LibCentral > Reports > Title Report)
- Under the heading "Purchase Type," check the box next to "DRM-Free (Subscription)"
- Search
To export the list:
- Click the "export" button above the search results
- Enter your email address
- Under "purchase history," check the box "DRM-Free Subscribed" and leave the other default boxes checked
- Click the "Get Report" button
- If the report is not emailed to you within 1 hour, check your spam folder
To view owned titles available for an upgrade to DRM-Free access:
- Go to the Title Report (LibCentral > Reports > Title Report)
- Under the heading "Access Models (Owned or DDA)," select 1-user, 3-User, and Non-linear
- Under the heading "STLs, ATO or Non-Linear Loans", set "DRM Free Available for Sale" to "Available"
- Search
To export the list:
- Click the "export" button above the search results
- Enter your email address
- Under the heading "Availability," check the box "DRM Free Available for Sale" and leave the other default boxes checked
- Click the "Get Report" button
- If the report is not emailed to you within 1 hour, check your spam folder
Some titles owned with 1-user, 3-user, or Non-Linear access models can be upgraded to an Unlimited DRM-Free access model.
Admins can
use LibCentral to upgrade an ebook's access model.
