Your renewal notices will come to you via email in a timely fashion that eliminates last-minute rush and worry.

The emails contain links to your private, secured account information in the RenewMe tool. From there, you can review your account, check your renewal status, renew right away or contact ProQuest for more assistance.

Safety first
Every part of the RenewMe tool is designed around Internet safety and security. Your account information is password- and encryption-protected, so that you can pay online with confidence. None of your information is shared or used for any other purpose than that of renewals.

Click, tap, send – you're renewed
Payment options include credit card, ACH and wire transfer; and for further convenience, you can sign up for automatic renewals that take one more step out of the process.

More enhancements on the horizon
RenewMe is just one way to help streamline your workflow and get you the products and services you want easily. Many of you have expressed an interest in having more self-service tools at your disposal, such as retrieving invoices and checking deposit account balances. We are exploring options to enable and expand self-service functionality. Stay tuned for future updates!
