Error 131005

I am getting Error 131005: "The user ID and password you have entered are already in use.  Please try again later or click on the having trouble logging in link next to the login button of your product for assistance."  What should I do?

An institution's subscription to Factiva consists of a finite number of allowable sessions or concurrent logins.  What this means is that a predetermined number of active sessions are allowed based upon your institution's direction. Once the number of active sessions is reached, any subsequent attempt to access will be met with the message appearing above.

Solution:  Wait until a new session becomes available (this happens when another user logs out) or you can check with your Account Administrator to verify you are accessing the database correctly.
