How do I submit my dissertation/thesis to ProQuest without the assistance of my university?
The following instructions are only for students submitting their dissertation/thesis for publication without the assistance of their university.
Before proceeding further, we recommend contacting your graduate administrative office to determine if your university has any guidelines for the submission of your work to ProQuest.
NOTE: ProQuest publishes dissertations and theses from graduate universities accredited by the following organizations: Middle States Association, New England Association, North Central Association, Northwest Association, Southern Association and Western Association. Master's theses and dissertations from independent medical and law schools accredited by the AMA and ABA are also accepted.
Graduates from international institutions can also submit to ProQuest.
To begin the submission process, read and complete the ProQuest AFTA Publishing Agreement Form.
Below is a list of required information and/or documents to include with your submission package:
NOTE: If submitting your dissertation/thesis in electronic format, the fee for traditional publishing is $25.00.
Submit all materials (preferably in one package) to:
