On November 29, 2016, a small set of customers received an email pertaining to resetting their password for their ProQuest Support Center portal user account. We've received a couple of inquiries from customers about the legitimacy of the email. ProQuest did reach out and notify those impacted by email requesting to set their password.
NOTE: Users of the Ex Libris Support Portal were not impacted and can continue to access the Ex Libris Support Portal as normal.
