If full downloading with Bluefire leads to errors such as waiting on “Verifying Loan”, the following troubleshooting steps might resolve the problem:

– Deauthorize your Adobe ID in Bluefire

  1. Go to the Bluefire app on your device
  2. Click the “Info” icon at the bottom right
  3. Under “Adobe eBooks are Enabled”, click the “Deauthorize” button

– Authorize your Adobe ID in Bluefire

  1. Go to the Bluefire app on your device
  2. Click the “Info” icon at the bottom right
  3. Under “Enable Adobe eBooks”, click the “Authorize” button
  4. Enter your Adobe ID and password, then click “Authorize”
