How does TDM Studio support the ability for researchers to reproduce their work when it needs to be verified for publication or grants?
TDM Studio supports reproducibility in two ways. The first way is that TDM Studio researchers and students are able to export derived, non-consumptive datasets which have been used as the basis for their investigations. These derived datasets can be shared with peer reviewers as part of the publication process. TDM Studio also supports reproducibility by allowing TDM Studio researchers and students to give temporary Studio access to peer reviewers. This allows peer-reviewers to review the full-text content, code, and running code + results all in one place.
