The ProQuest Status Page (https://status.proquest.com) is a communication tool that can alert and present details about product outages to our customers.  This also includes planned maintenance windows.    

As a customer, you can visit the page at any time to see current, real-time status information.  You can also visit the page to subscribe to alerts that will inform you when planned or unplanned critical service disruptions or outages occur. Subscribers will receive real-time alerts and updates via email, Atom or RSS feeds until the issue is resolved.

To subscribe to the ProQuest Status Page: 

  1. Open the link above and click on the ‘Subscribe’ tab at the top left of the page

  1. Enter the email address to which you would like the notifications to be sent 

  1. Click on the ‘Subscribe’ button

  1. Select the desired products for which you would like to receive alerts 

  1. Shortly after clicking ‘Subscribe’, the email address provided should receive an email from no-reply@proquest.com requesting you to validate your subscription

    Note: You may want to add no-reply@proquest.com to your email system address book to prevent emails from the ProQuest Status Page being blocked by spam filters. 

  2. Click the ‘Verify’ button at the bottom of the email
