When you report unexpected behavior to our support team, you may be asked to send a HAR file to assist with troubleshooting the problem. Please see below for instructions on how to generate a HAR file in common browsers.
Google Chrome
- Go to Menu > More Tools > Developer Tools (Windows: Ctrl + Shift +I; Mac: Cmd + Opt + I)
- Go to Network, then check "Preserve log."
- Go to the page exhibiting the error.
- Right-click on network traffic to save the HAR file.
Firefox
- Go to Menu > Web Developer > Network (Windows: Ctrl + Shift + E; Mac: Cmd + Opt + E)
- Go to the page exhibiting the error.
- Right-click on network traffic and select Save All As HAR
Microsoft Edge
- Open the Network tool in F12 developer tools
- Go to the page exhibiting the error.
- Export captured traffic as a HAR (CTRL + S)
