Why do I see error 520115 when I am navigating through my Factiva search results?


I am running a search on Factiva. I get a list of several thousand article search results which I'm viewing 100 articles at a time. I have been viewing these articles without any issue until I try and view articles numbered 1601 to 1700. When I try to view these articles I get the following message:

(520115) We are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again in a few minutes.

This is by design. When the results are sorted by date, the user can page through 10,000 headlines. When they are sorted by relevance, the limit is 2000
