I have tried to login to my bookshelf account a few times and now I am getting the message:

Sorry, you have exceeded the number of sign in attempts allowed by "accountname". Please try again later.

There is no manual or Technical Support Team reset for this. The user will need to wait until 60 minutes has expired before trying to login again.

If the user is still not able to remember their password on the next attempt, either perform a password reset or contact the Ebook Technical Support Team at ebooksupport@proquest.com.
