How many journals are referenced in the ProQuest Dialog Toxfile database?

The database "Toxfile" is being created as a subset of the database "Medline", so the Medline journal list would cover all the sources of Toxline. The current list of journals covered by Medline can be accessed through the homepage of the content provider National Library of Medicine (NLM) at
http://www.nlm.nih.gov/bsd/pmresources.html#journals

On that page, one can click on the link "List of Journals Indexed for MEDLINE" to obtain the complete list of sources. The list will contain more journals than Toxfile offers, but the provider NLM does not publish a separate source list for Toxfile only.

ProQuest Dialog Search Tip
One can get the top 100 journals by doing a search for "Toxfile" within the database Toxfile, then filter the results by publication title and save the list in a download format of choice, for example into Excel format.

This list will supply an indication of sources and subject coverage being available in Toxfile.
