What are the parameters for creating a password to access the ProQuest Dialog Administrator Module (PAM)?



When an administrator is trying to access the ProQuest Dialog Administrator Module (PAM) and is being rejected, it is required to update the existing password. The following conditions apply:

If the access to PAM is not working after changing the password, it might require the administrator to clear their browser's cache.

If after clearing the cache, administrators are unable to access, please contact customer@dialog.com for assistance.
