For down systems or major loss of functionality:
The BEST method for submitting a Down Site issue is via the ProQuest Client Cloud: http://support.proquest.com. Login and click "Submit a Case" in the upper right of the page. Select "Down System" from the "Type" dropdown.
Using the website to submit a down system case triggers our automated notifications, so appropriate parties are notified via email and SMS.
