Please ensure that the following plug-ins are installed, and their respective ports are open (not being blocked by a firewall). Please check with your router/firewall manufacturer or network admin for configuration of these ports.
Windows Media Player - port 1755
Real Player - port 554 and 7070
Macromedia Shockwave - port 1626
QuickTime 5+ - port 554 and 7070
