I did not receive my emailed article.

I requested that a ProQuest article be emailed to me and I have not received it. What do I do?

Many email providers mistake our email as SPAM. If you are using a Hotmail or Yahoo email account, you may want to check your bulk mail or junk mail folders for the article.  You may also want to add noreply@proquest.com as a trusted email address to your email service/application.
