How can I receive marc records with my ATO purchase confirmations?

LibCentral admin users are able to choose if they wish marc records to be included in their ATO Purchase Alert. They will need to login to LibCentral and update the alert by using the following steps:

1. Go to the Settings tab
2. Select "Alerts"
3. Click on "ATO Purchase Alert"
4. Select the librarian email (s) who need to receive the alert
5. Scroll down to Attach Files and there choose the marc file you desire the records to be sent in
6. SAVE
