Access and Authentication
We offer IP and Referring URL access and the URL used to access is unique for each customer. If you do not have your URL contact Customer Service.
Administering your Account / Making Changes
The URL https://secure.safaribooksonline.com/bo3 along with the administrator login will allow you to view and modify account, user, and product information. Click “My Accounts” to add users, view books (products), and view history.
Changes to the books included in your subscription can be made (swapping books) by using the administrator login and following these instructions. All swapping changes are effective immediately after you confirm them. The only restriction on swapping is that a book must remain in your account for 30 days after it is added before being removed.
