What are the browser requirements for HeritageQuest® Online?

Important Note to AOL Users: Using the AOL browser with HeritageQuest® Online can, at times, cause problems including displaying maintenance messages for days after the service is available again. We cannot guarantee proper functionality if you use the AOL browser to search HeritageQuest Online.

If you connect to the Internet using America Online (AOL), please minimize the connection and use one of the recommended browsers.

For best results, we recommend using Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5.5+, or Netscape 6.02+. Additionally, please review the following information:
