Is there another program I can use to view the page images?

Answer

You can download page images in the Image Download section. After you have done this, you can use Adobe® Reader to view the page images. Adobe Reader lets you view documents in Adobe Portable Document Format format. Click here to download a free copy of Adobe® Reader.
