The Search Books area of HeritageQuest® Online contains several search options: Search People, Search Places, Browse Publications, and Search Publications. Each of these searches have customized search fields to optimize your search results.

• If you are looking for information on a particular person or family, you should use the Search People option.
• If you are looking for information on towns, cities, or regions, you should use the Search Places option.
• If you are interested in browsing our list of titles or searching by title, author, or subject, you should select the Publications option.
• Choose Search Publications to narrow in on a specific topic without searching the full text
