Why do I get a login prompt when I attempt to Search Persi™? I can Search Census, and I can Search Books.

If you are accessing remotely, please check your browser settings, and your personal firewall settings. (Please refer to the FAQ section on Browser and Plugin Requirements for Accessing HeritageQuest® Online for reference).

If you are still unable to access Persi™ after verifying that your computer settings are correct, then please contact the institution from which you are accessing HeritageQuest® Online. The problem is likely with a setting on their server. Please have them contact Technical Support for assistance in resolving the issue.
