This may be caused by one of the following scenarios:
- If you are using Deep Freeze or any other hard drive rollback software, this will reset your system to a default load. Your system administrator may need to check the set up of this program so it loads the cookie each time it reloads the system.
- If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer as your browser, and each student has their own login that they use on any computer at your school, then the cookie is stored in each student's profile.
