What things can I check to be sure that my computer can access ProQuest databases?

Note: Access to ProQuest databases is only offered through schools, universities, public libraries and not to individuals.  Please contact your local library or school to see if they subscribe to ProQuest databases online and if you can use the database from your home computer. If the answer is yes, then please have the library give you instructions on how to access remotely.  ProQuest Technical Support and Customer Service are unable to give you this information.

1.  Use our Browser Health Check Tool to evaluate important components of your computer system to determine if they meet the requirements for ProQuest products and/or sites to operate properly

2.  Verify that the browser you are using is supported by clicking on the appropriate Product Line below.
